These terms govern your use of ganttcraft.app and the GanttCraft software (free and paid versions), both products of CraftLabs. By using GanttCraft, you agree to these terms.

What GanttCraft is

GanttCraft is a single-file, browser-based Gantt chart generator. The free version is available at ganttcraft.app with a 5-task limit. The full version is a downloadable HTML file, purchased once via Gumroad, that runs entirely offline with no task limit.

Licence to use

When you purchase the full version of GanttCraft, CraftLabs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your own personal or commercial projects, including client-facing work. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-license the GanttCraft file itself as a standalone product.

Payments and refunds

Payments for the full version are processed by Gumroad. The full version is sold as a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Refund requests are handled case by case; contact us via the contact page within 14 days of purchase.

Free version limits

The free version at ganttcraft.app is capped at 5 tasks and does not include PDF, Excel, or HTML export. These limits may change at any time without notice as we improve the product.

Your data

All project data you create in GanttCraft — tasks, dates, notes — is stored and processed on your own device. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You are responsible for backing up your own project files.

No warranty

GanttCraft is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we test the software carefully, CraftLabs does not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use GanttCraft at your own risk, and CraftLabs is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from its use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use GanttCraft to build or distribute anything unlawful, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer the paid version for resale or unauthorised redistribution.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GanttCraft after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
