CraftLabs builds small, honest software for people who get real work done — starting with GanttCraft, a project-planning tool built by someone who has spent three decades doing the planning himself.
Why GanttCraft exists
CraftLabs was founded by a management consultant with over 30 years of experience in Lean and Kaizen improvement work, across manufacturing, healthcare, education, government, utilities, hospitality, and services. In that time, one problem kept repeating: every project needed a Gantt chart, and every "free" tool that could make one wanted an account, a subscription, or a cloud connection that clients' IT departments wouldn't allow.
GanttCraft was built to fix that. It's a single HTML file. It opens in any browser, runs entirely offline, and never asks for your data. Buy it once, use it forever — on any project, for any client, on any machine.
